Chicken tenders are one of the tastiest staples in the American diet. They’re also relatively simple to make. In this recipe, we’ll teach you how to create some chicken tenders with a twist!
What You Will Need
- 1lb. Chicken Tender cutlets
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- Panko/breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- (Optional) seasoning blend
- (Optional) Parmesan cheese
First, layout everything you need on a clean surface. Second, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Lastly, prepare a baking sheet and grease with nonstick cooking spray. Now you are ready to start the cooking process.
The first thing you want to do is prepare the chicken by laying them out on a separate plate and coating them in mayonnaise. Next, you want in a mixing bowl, combine the panko and parmesan if added, and stir. This will really help with the flavor and add texture to each bite!
Once the chicken tenders are properly coated with enough mayonnaise, cover each tender with a proportionate amount of panko/breadcrumbs. Then evenly disperse on the baking sheet; making sure none are too close to one another. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Bake for 20-30 minutes and then let cool.
